The Clark Foundation Scholarship Program for Adult Learners is open to residents of 13 designated school districts in New York who have lived there for at least 10 years. Most districts are in Otsego County but some serve small adjacent towns. Adults who have returned to college to seek an undergraduate degree are welcome to apply.

Requirements
  • Adult learner and have completed at least 2 consecutive semesters
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Resident of the following districts of New York State: Cherry ValleySpringfield, Cooperstown, Edmeston, Gilbertsville Mt. Upton, Laurens, Milford, Morris, Mt. Markham, Owen D. Young, Otsego Area Occupational Center BOCES, Richfield Springs, Schenevus, and Worcester
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree as a fulltime student
  • Demonstrate financial need
