The NAP Foundation Scholarship program recognizes students who have lost one or both parents and are seeking their first undergraduate degree in a STEM field in the U.S. Students who live in or are graduating from a high school in Appling, Bibb, Candler, Emanuel, Jeff Davis, McDuffie, Montgomery, Tattnall, Toombs, Treutlen, or Wilkes counties in Georgia are welcome to apply. Minority students with demonstrated financial need; basketball, track, and soccer athletes; and students wishing to pursue a career in aviation receive special consideration.

Requirements
  • One or both parents are deceased
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Resident of or graduating senior of a high school in Appling, Bibb, Candler, Emanuel, Jeff Davis, McDuffie, Montgomery, Tattnall, Toombs, Treutlen, or Wilkes counties in Georgia
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree in the U.S. in a STEM field
  • Completing a first undergraduate degree
  • Exhibit academic performance, school and community leadership, and athletic participation
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to minority students with demonstrated financial need, basketball, track, and soccer athletes, and students wishing to pursue a career in aviation.
