The Pete Brown Memorial Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from high schools in Dayton Public Schools, Jefferson Township, Trotwood, or Northmont in Ohio. Students who plan to major in eduction, business, medicine, law, or a sports-related field are encouraged to apply. African American students who demonstrate financial need receive special consideration. Students who played basketball, football, baseball, or golf also receive special consideration.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Graduating senior from Dayton Public Schools, Jefferson, TrotwoodMadison, or Northmont high schools in Ohio
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in education, business, premedicine, pre-law, or a sports-related field Preference is given to African American students who demonstrate financial need. Preference is also given to students who played basketball, football, baseball, or golf.
