Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Alabama who are legally blind in both eyes.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime in a degree program at an accredited post-secondary institution in any state.
  • Selection is based on academic excellence, community service, and leadership.
  • Recipients are required to attend the sponsor's state convention. Travel and other expenses are paid.
