Requirements

This program is open to 1) seniors graduating from high schools in the Washington, D.C. area who have been involved in a JROTC program and plan to attend college in any state; 2) residents of any state currently enrolled as freshmen at a college or university in the Washington, D.C. area and participating in an ROTC program; and 3) direct relatives (children, siblings, nieces, nephews, grandchildren) of the Washington D.C. chapter of The Rocks, Inc.

Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
