The Savannah Lee Memorial Equity Partners Endowed Scholarship for Minorities is available to undergraduate students at the University of Central Florida. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in real estate are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students from approved university student organizations, such as the Black Student Union, UCF Real Estate Club, Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program, Mu Sigma Upsilon Sorority, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Progressive Black Men, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, or Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
