Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of eastern Washington who are enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited public or private college, university, or trade school.
  • Preference is given to students majoring in a field of study related to the construction industry, although that is not required.
  • Applicants must submit transcripts, 3 references, 2 letters of recommendation, and a short essay summarizing their qualifications and educational and career goals.
  • Selection is based on academic achievement, community and school involvement, leadership potential, and financial need.
