The UNCF Twin Cities Hope Scholarship is offered to African American undergraduate students from Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Goodhue, Hennepin, Isanti, McLeod, Ramsey, and Rice, Scott, Sherburne, Stearns, Washington, and Wright counties from Twin Cities, Minnesota. Students enrolled in a four-year college or university are encouraged to apply.
