Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating high school seniors who plan to continue their education at an accredited college, university, or vocational school as full-time students.
  • Applicants must submit information on leadership positions and offices in school, church, volunteer, and community activities; memberships and participation in school, church, volunteer, and community activities; honors and awards received during high school; employment experience; and family financial situation.
  • They must also submit an essay of 300 to 500 words on their chosen field of college study, their reasons for that choice, and how this scholarship will impact their future.
  • Applications are submitted to the JCI Senate in their state.
  • Each state organization selects the 2 highestranked applications and forwards them to the national organization.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
