Requirements
  • This program is open to 1) spouses of active-duty military sponsors who are stationed at Vandenberg AFB; and 2) residents of Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties in California who are spouses of retired or deceased military.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll full or parttime in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school in any state.
  • Selection is based on community service, special interests, and exceptional qualifications in other areas.
