Vermont Association of Educational Office Professionals Student Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Vermont who are interested in attending college in any state to prepare for an educational office-related career.

Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Vermont who are graduating high school seniors or full-time students at an institution of higher education in any state.
  • Applicants must be preparing for an educational officerelated career.
  • They must have a GPA of 2.8 or higher after having completed at least 4 semesters of study (in high school and/or college) from among the following business education courses: computer classes, software applications, marketing, business communication, accounting, office practices and procedures, bookkeeping, and/or business law.
  • Selection is based on an essay on why they are choosing an officerelated career or vocation (10%), academic record (40%), school and extracurricular activities (10%), recommendations (10%), and biographical and financial need statement (30%).
