The Vistex Scholarship For Excellence is open to students pursuing degrees related to web development or information systems at Harper College. Students who are enrolled in or have completed a specified course in computer logic and programming technology are encouraged to apply. Those who are enrolled full-time and those who are from underrepresented populations receive special consideration.
