The Walter "Pop" Jarvis Scholarship program supports graduating seniors of Avery County High School in Newland, North Carolina who have demonstrated academic achievement. Students who have commendable character and are seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree on a full-time basis are welcome to apply.
