The Washington State Governor's Scholarship for Foster Youth offers financial assistance for college to students who are currently or previously in Washington court-ordered foster care, guardianship, dependency guardianship, federally recognized care, or placed under a dependency tribal order. High school seniors or undergraduate students seeking a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor’s degree in Washington are encouraged to apply.
