The Wilfred G. Semple Scholarship Loan is available for students who reside in the Hampton Roads region, Virginia, and are seeking a bachelor's degree from a Virginia university in engineering, physics, or math. Students who are entering at least their junior year and have demonstrated academic ability, volunteer service, voluntary or paid work experience, and extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.
