The William & Helen Kempf Music Scholarship is available to students who are entering grades 7–11 at a school in Saginaw County, Michigan. Students planning to attend a Michigan music camp, such as Camp Timbers Band Camp conducted by Herter Music Center and YMCA of Saginaw, Interlochen Center for the Arts, Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, or participating in a summer music study within Michigan are eligible to apply.

Requirements
  • High school freshman, sophomore, or junior attending school in Saginaw County, Michigan
