The William And Sheila Konar Foundation Scholarship Program provides scholarships to graduating high school seniors from East High School, or students attending Monroe Community College in Rochester, New York. Students who are planning to attend a UNCF or 4-year historically Black college or university (HBCU) are encouraged to apply.
