Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating high school seniors, continuing college students, and reentry adults (who did not attend college for at least 1 year after high school but are currently attending college).
  • Applicants must be public housing or Section 8 residents whose housing authority is an OHAC member and are enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited college, university, community college, or vocational/technical school in any state.
  • They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher or a GED score of at least 600.
