Willoughby Sales AG Youth Scholarship provides financial assistance to students who have purchased livestock from a Willoughby Sales-sanctioned auction and are interested in studying agriculture or business in college.

Requirements

This program is open to students entering or continuing in college who are actively involved in the livestock show industry.

Applicants must be able to provide proof of purchase from a Willoughby Salessanctioned auction or 1 of its subsidiaries.

There is no formal application; interested students submit a 4minute video on a topic that changes annually but relates to agriculture; recently, participants were asked to explain how youth can influence the changing scope of the livestock industry.

First preference is given to collegebound students demonstrating an interest in business or agriculture and/or 4-H or FFA livestock judging team members.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.

U.S. citizenship or legal resident status is required.
