Requirements
  • This program is open to active members of WQHA and the Wisconsin Quarter Horse Youth Association (WQHYA) who are enrolled or planning to enroll at a 2- or 4-year postsecondary institution in any state.
  • Applicants must submit information on their other horserelated activities, their participation in charities or public service activities, their future educational and career goals, how they plan to continue their involvement with horses and WQHA, and how their involvement with horses and WQHYA benefited and helped to educate them.
  • The recipient must be willing to assist during at least 1 WQHAsponsored event during the year.
