The Woman's Missionary Union of Maryland/Delaware Scholarship for Women provides financial assistance to women who are members of Southern Baptist churches affiliated with the Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware and interested in attending college or seminary in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to women who are active members of a Southern Baptist church/mission or Baptist student ministry affiliated with the Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware.
  • Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at 1) an accredited college or university in any state; or 2) a Southern Baptist seminary.
  • They must have a grade average of "C" or higher and be able to demonstrate financial need.
  • Priority is given to applicants who are preparing for missionary service under the North American Mission Board or International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention, career service with the Woman's Missionary Union (WMU), or work with the Men's Ministries.
