WTS Transportation YOU High School Scholarship provides financial assistance to female high school seniors who are studying fields of science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) and planning to attend college to prepare for a career in transportation.

Requirements

This program is open to women who are high school seniors with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Applicants must be studying STEM fields in high school and be planning to attend college to prepare for a career in transportation (e.g., civil engineering, city planning, logistics, automotive engineering, truck repair).

Applications must be submitted first to a local chapter; the chapters forward selected applications for consideration on the national level.

Minority women are especially encouraged to apply.

Selection is based on transportation involvement and goals, job skills, academic record, and leadership potential; financial need is not considered.
