Requirements
  • This program is open to female radio amateurs who have at least an FCC Technician Class license or equivalent foreign authorization.
  • Applicants must intend to work full or parttime on a bachelor's or graduate degree at a college or university in the United States.
  • There are no restrictions on the course of study or residency location.
  • NonU.S. amateurs are eligible.
  • Preference is given to students working on a degree in communications, electronics, or related arts and sciences.
  • Financial need is considered in the selection process.
