Requirements
  • This program is open to undergraduate or graduate students in all subject fields at accredited institutions who are licensed radio amateurs of general or extra class and ARRL members.
  • Applicants must be residents of Pennsylvania and have an "A" or equivalent grade average, including courses in mathematics, science, and languages, but excluding grades in sports or physical education.
