Requirements

This program is open to male students who are AAMN members working on a nursing degree.

Applicants must be currently working or planning to seed employment in a nursing service area that is historically gendered underrepresented.

Selection is based on that statement (20 points); academic status (8 points); honors, awards, and scholarships (5 points); volunteer and community services (10 points); professional associations (10 points); certifications (5 points); a resume (5 points); workload (4 points); a reference letter (10 points); and financial need (18 points).
