Diagnosed with an inflammatory disease: ankylosing spondylitis (AS), Crohn's disease (CD), hidradenitis suppurative (HS), juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), psoriasis (Ps), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), ulcerative colitis (UC), or uveitis (UV)

Resident of the U.S.

Undergraduate or graduate student
