Abell-Hanger Foundation Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors who participate in programs of the Texas Interscholastic League Foundation (TILF) and plan to attend a public college in the state.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Texas who have competed in a University Interscholastic League (UIL) academic state meet (participation in athletic or music contests does not qualify).

Applicants must be planning to attend a public 4year college or university in the state and major in any field.

Preference is given to residents of the 56 west Texas counties.
