The ACFA Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Alabama who are interested in working on a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of Alabama who are 1) high school seniors entering the freshman year of an accredited architecture program; 2) college students entering the first year of an accredited architecture program; 3) undergraduate and post-graduate students continuing in an accredited B.Arch. or M.Arch. program; and 4) post-graduate students entering the first year of an accredited M.Arch. program.

Applicants must submit a graphic portfolio and a 250word statement about their interests and plans for a career in architecture.

Selection is based on academic performance, graphic ability, financial need, and overall interest in the profession of architecture.
