Requirements

This program is open to college-bound seniors graduating from high schools that belong to the Northern Section of the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF).

Females and males are considered separately.

They must be nominated by their high school.

Nominees must have participated in a varsity sport for at least 2 years, have earned at least 1 allleague selection, have a GPA of 3.5 or higher, and have a record of good citizenship.

They must submit an essay on the topic, "Pursuing Victory with Honor."
