Requirements

This program is open to residents of Hawaii who are enrolled or planning to enroll at a 4-year college or university in any state.

Applicants must be interested in majoring in hard science (e.g., biology, chemistry, computers/networks, engineering, mathematics, physics).

They must be able to demonstrate a high level of technical excellence in those fields.

Selection is based on academic standing (GPA, class standing, SAT or ACT scores) and technical, practical excellence in their chosen field.
