This program is open to members of groups underrepresented in the real estate appraisal profession.

Those groups include women, American Indians, Alaska Natives, Asians, Pacific Islanders, Blacks or African Americans, and Hispanics.

Applicants must be full or part-time students enrolled in real estate courses within a degree-granting college, university, or junior college.
