Requirements
  • This program is open to Alabama residents who were in the foster care system when they earned a high school diploma or GED or were adopted from Alabama foster care after age 14.
  • Applicants must be attending or planning to attend any of the public community and technical colleges or 4year colleges or universities in Alabama.
  • They must work on an associate or bachelor's degree or a recognized certificate.
