Requirements

This program is open to students attending an accredited university in any state and working on an undergraduate degree in earth science or engineering (e.g., petroleum, chemical, mechanical, electrical, environmental, civil).

Applicants must meet 1 of the following requirements: 1) graduated from a high school in Alaska; 2) currently enrolled at a college in Alaska, or 3) a dependent of a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Alaska Section.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
