The Alfreddy Cook Memorial Scholarship is awarded to students pursuing a degree in hospitality and tourism management at The University of Southern Mississippi. If the Hospitality and Tourism Management program ceases to exist, the scholarship may be awarded to a student enrolled in the College of Business and Economic Development. Special consideration is given to students from Covington, Forrest, George, Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, Lamar, Perry, Stone, and Warren counties, Mississippi.
