This program is open to residents of Vermont who are entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year of a bachelor's degree program in elementary or secondary education at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Selection is based on that essay, academic achievement, and a letter of recommendation.
