  • Participate in Legacy LA, LOC Scholars, or workforce and career development programs such as altPath, ClimbHire, JVSWorks, **OR** Currently attending the University of Southern California or the Rivet School through Southern New Hampshire University
  • Have an unexpected financial need within the last 60 days
  • Demonstrate financial need
