Requirements

This program is open to students who are currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, trade school, or apprenticeship program with a major in culinary, pastry, or food service.

Applicants must have a GPA of 2.75 or higher.

Selection is based on the essays (25%), academic GPA (30%), participation in culinary competitions (20%), volunteer for school and industry activities (10%), American Culinary Foundation (ACF) involvement (10%), and 2 letters of recommendation (5%).
