Requirements

This program is open to undergraduate or graduate students at accredited institutions who have licensed radio amateurs of the general class and attending college or graduate school in any state.

Applicants must be residents of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, or Washington who have a GPA of 3.0 or better and a demonstrated interest in promoting the Amateur Radio Service.

They must be working on a bachelor's or higher degree in any field.
