The American Society for Industrial Security-Columbus Chapter is awarding merit-based scholarships to college students pursuing professions in private security, law enforcement, or criminal justice. Students enrolled in an eligible university in the central Ohio area are welcome to apply.

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Attending Capital University, Central Ohio Technical College, Columbus State Community College, Denison University, Franklin University, Hocking Technical College, Kenyon College, Muskingum University, Ohio Dominican University, Otterbein University, Ohio Wesleyan University, Ohio University, The Ohio State University, or Zane State University
  • A college student who has completed their freshman year at a school in the central Ohio chapter area (Franklin and contiguous counties)
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
  • Planning to pursue a career in the field of private security, law enforcement, or criminal justice
  • Maybe, but are not required to be, members of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS)
