The Amuse Bouche Culinary Scholarship is for a graduating senior or graduate of a high school in Cass, Lancaster, or Saunders counties in Nebraska. Students pursuing a degree in culinary arts, restaurant management, or nutrition in Nebraska are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to female applicants who are attendees/graduates of Ashland-Greenwood High School in Nebraska.

Graduating senior or graduate of a high school in Cass, Lancaster, or Saunders counties, Nebraska

Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree at a nonprofit institution in Nebraska

Study for a degree in culinary arts, restaurant management, or nutrition Preference is given to female applicants attending a 2year institution who are attendees/graduates of Ashland-Greenwood High School, and those with financial need.
