The Amy D. Bell "Pay It Forward" Memorial Scholarship offers merit-based financial assistance to the American Quarter Horse Association, American Quarter Horse Youth Association, National Youth Cutting Horse Association, or the National Reined Cow Horse Youth Association members. High school seniors demonstrating financial need and are involved in horse-related activities who plan on seeking a bachelor's are welcome to apply.
