Arkansas Master'Singers Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of Southern Baptist churches in Arkansas who are interested in attending college in any state to prepare for vocational ministry through music.

Requirements

This program is open to members of congregations cooperating with the Arkansas Baptist State Convention or who have moved from Arkansas to another state and are now involved in a Southern Baptist congregation that is cooperating with state and national Southern Baptist Convention entities.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a college, university, or seminary in any state with a commitment to some type of vocational ministry through music.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and be able to demonstrate financial need.

Selection is based on Christian commitment (including the applicant's likely contribution to the ministry of music), character, commitment to completing an education, and worthiness for use of scholarship funds.
