Been active in the thespian troupe.

Each troupe may submit applications for 1 of its members.

Applicants must be planning to attend college in any state.

Able to demonstrate that they have contributed more than 100% for their troupe through performance, technical work, scholarship, general leadership, and troupe involvement.
