The Arts Council of Greater Grand Rapids Minority Scholarship is for African American, Asian, Hispanic, Native American, or Pacific Islander students from Kent County, Michigan. Students who demonstrate financial need, and plan to study for an associate or bachelor's degree in fine arts, in West Michigan are welcome to apply.
