Requirements

This program is open to members of the association and their spouses, children, and grandchildren.

Applicants may be working on or intending to work full or parttime on an undergraduate or graduate degree in a financial management discipline, including accounting, economics, finance, information systems, and technology, or public administration.

Selection is based on an essay on government financial management, academic achievement (GPA of 3.0 or higher), letters of recommendation, and potential for making a meaningful contribution to public financial management.
