Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating high school seniors and students currently enrolled full time at a college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must submit 2 letters of recommendation, of which 1 must be from an active member of the NYSPHCC Auxiliary.
  • The member may be a relative other than a parent.
  • They must also submit a personal letter about their family size, career plans, and financial need.
