The Balcueva Family Memorial Scholarship is available to residents of Saginaw County, Michigan who plan to pursue or are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in environmental science. Graduating high school seniors and current undergraduates who demonstrate a commitment to environmental issues either through work or volunteerism are encouraged to apply.
