The Bay Education Foundation Endowed Scholarship is open to undergraduates at either campus (Panama City or Tallahassee) of Florida State University. Students enrolled at least part-time are encouraged to apply. Those who have completed the Take Stock in Children program administered by the Bay Education Foundation receive special consideration, with first preference to students at the Panama City campus, second to students at the Tallahassee campus, and third consideration to students who are Bay District School employees.
