BCEN Undergraduate Scholarship provides financial assistance for undergraduate study to nurses who are members of the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) and are certified by the Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing (BCEN).

Requirements

This program is open to nurses who have a current BCEN credential (CEN, CFRN, CTRN, or CPEN) and are working on a bachelor's degree.

Applicants must have been members of ENA for at least 12 months and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Selection is based on content and clarity of the goals statement, professional association involvement, community activities, leadership and participation in ENA and other professional nursing associations, and letters of recommendation.
