Requirements

This program is open to residents of Fresno County, California who are of Mexican or Mexican American heritage.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at a 2- or 4-year college, university, or trade school in any state.

They must have a GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Selection is based on that essay (20 points), financial need (10 points), GPA (10 points), the potential for success in a chosen career (5 points), and an overall assessment (5 points).
